Many people who have taken piano lessons in the past have only learned how to play the written note, and are not able to improvise or create their own music.

It is my belief that unless you truly understand how music is put together by using CHORDS, you will never be able to create your own. I have spoken with countless individuals who have taken piano lessons FOR YEARS and still could not play a piece of music unless it was placed in front of them and/or was at their “learning level.” Essentially, they don’t remember much at all of what they learned in piano lessons.

Many of these people wish they could sit down and play anything they want to, easily, without having to read each note – like they see others do. Or, they would love to be able to play along with themselves as they sing, or even accompany others.

Students of Chord Piano Is Fun! are able to do that. They can take a piece of popular music, even if they are not able to quickly read the written note, and play the song and sing along or play along with a band or vocalist. OR, they can take the right hand notes of the song and still create a beautiful sounding performance by adding their chords.
